Meet Nick!

Owner Nick Stephenson graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Political Science. In 2007 he started selling real estate, and then two years later represented his first builder. Nick began doing full renovations and rehabs on houses from 2011-2019. His first new construction house was in 2018. Nick has a passion for homebuilding and looks forward to working with his present and future clients!
